💪 You want to get your abs and core ready for summer? Then this core workout is for you! We show you the best exercises for the core using only your FeetUp Trainer. As a bonus, this workout will also train your hip mobility for better hip flexibility. Finally, the cardio element will boost your metabolism and get your sweat on. Now grab your FeetUp Trainer and work that summer body with us!👌✅1. Downdog to Lunge: Stand approximately one step away from your FeetUp Trainer. Then lean forward to place your hands on the wooden sides. Reach your pelvis up towards the ceiling. While doing so, try to straighten your legs and keep your heels on the ground. If that is too much for your hamstrings, you can bend your knees slightly. Rotate your upper arms outward to get your shoulders away from your ears. Now take one big step forward and place your foot next to your FeetUp Trainer. Lower your hip down to get into a lunge position. Hold it for a few seconds, then step back into downward facing dog.✅2. Lunge Switch Jumps: Get into a lunge position with the right foot outside of your FeetUp Trainer. Calve muscle and thigh are creating a 90 degree angle. The left leg is extended to the back, the heel of the foot is up. Your hands are firmly placed on the wooden sides of the FeetUp. Now push yourself up and do a switch jump, having now the left foot next to your FeetUp and the right leg extended to the back.✅3. Deep Squats on your FeetUp: For this exercise you are standing tall on the FeetUp's cushion. Then push your butt back as if you wanted to sit down on a chair. While doing so, you're lifting your arms parallel to the ground. Make sure that your spine is neutral and your feet are in line with your knees. Get up again, lower your arms and push your hip forward.✅4. FeetUp Core hops: Start with your feet positioned left and right from your FeetUp. Your hands are placed on the wooden sides and your butt is above the cushion. You're not sitting down though. Your legs are bent with your thighs and calve muscles almost creating a 90 degree angle. Now push through your arms and jump your feet up on the cushion, legs still bent. Then hop down again.✅5. Single leg up: This exercise will work your whole core. Sit on the cushion of your FeetUp Trainer, legs are extended with your feet pointed and your hands are placed behind you, grasping the cushion. Then use momentum and lift one leg up, keeping it straight. Repeat on the other side.✅6. Double leg up: Also here you sit on the cushion of your FeetUp Trainer, legs are extended with your feet pointed and your hands are placed behind you, grasping the cushion.
